Inventory not loading until Item template tab has been opened

When opening an inventory no items are shown until Item Template tab has been opened. Problem has been seen on chrome and chromium. (The issue seems to be a missing "/0" at end of URL, going to Item templates and back means opening a link that isn't missing "/0").
